The NCAA has completed a preliminary investigation of the University of Oklahoma football program.
Athletic Director Donnie Duncan said he wasn’t surprised by the preliminary investigation because of what has occurred during the past year in the Southwest Conference, where several schools have gone on probation and SMU’s football program was given the “death penalty” by the NCAA.
