Pole-sitter Harry Gant passed Darrell Waltrip with 10 laps remaining and went on to win the All Pro Auto Parts 300 stock car race at Concord, N.C.
Gant took the checkered flag under caution after Brett Bodine blew an engine with two laps remaining and collided with Bobby Allison between Turns 3 and 4.
Waltrip finished second, and Bill Elliott was third. Rounding out the top 10 were Rusty Wallace, Allison, L.D. Ottinger, Rob Moroso, Glenn Jarrett, Bobby Dragon and Bodine.
