Kenneth Leroy Larsen, 57, former president of the Southern California chapter of the Society of Industrial Realtors and a prominent figure in local property circles for many years. A former vice president of Grubb & Ellis Co. and a charter member of the Realtors Junior Committee, he most recently had been an executive with Lerow-Owen Co. In Conrad, Mont., where he was on a hunting trip on Saturday, of a heart attack.
