Fire Damages Building in Westlake Village
A multi-alarm fire in a commercial building in Westlake Village burned for more than two hours Saturday night, causing an undetermined amount of damage, the Ventura County Fire Department reported.
Cause of the fire at 2977 Conejo Ridge Drive was being investigated, said dispatcher Alison Schember. About 40 firefighters contained the fire by 9:20 p.m., about two hours after it started, but it was continuing to smolder, she said.
No injuries were reported.
