3 Hurt in Japan Quake

TOKYO —
An earthquake registering 5.5 on the Richter scale shook parts of southern Japan early Wednesday, injuring three people and briefly disrupting train services. The Central Meteorological Agency said the epicenter was about six miles underground on the southwestern tip of the Japanese main island of Honshu.
