In Don James’ book column (Jan. 10), I read about a Maui guide, “Maui: A Guide for Everyone,” $9.95, by Greg and Christie Stilson. The bookstores I called were out of the books, but I was able to get the address of the publisher, which was not mentioned in the review, from one of them.
