3 Boys, 10 to 14, Charged in Fire at Paper Company

ST. LOUIS —
Three boys ages 10 to 14 were charged with arson Monday in connection with a five-alarm fire that destroyed a square-block, five-story building housing a paper products firm, fire officials said Monday. Flames shot up more than 100 feet above the building, and the Sunday night fire was not controlled for 5 1/2 hours.
