Newport Beach developer Koll Co. said it bought the 18-acre La Palma Business Park at the intersection of the Riverside and Orange freeways in Anaheim for $18 million. The park’s 13 one-story buildings contain 276,400 square feet of office space. The seller was La Palma Business Park, a limited partnership with Orange developer IPS as general partner. Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. is joint venture partner with Koll in the purchase. The 10-year-old business park is 95% leased, Koll said.
