ARI: THE LIFE & TIMES OF ARISTOTLE SOCRATES ONASSIS by Peter Evans. (Charter Books: $4.50.) Onassis’ wealth, extravagant spending habits, mega-business deals, affairs and problems with heirs would rival a top-rated soap opera.
