The Amateur Athletic Foundation of Los Angeles will showcase its youth cycling program as part of a free event sponsored by the City of Carson tonight from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Olympic Velodrome at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Boys and girls from 12 to 18 will compete.
