Game Sissy’s Victory at Los Alamitos Is Third in a Row
Game Sissy turned in the season’s fastest 350-yard time for a 2-year-old at Los Alamitos in winning Thursday night’s feature race by 1 1/2 lengths. Jockey Henry Garcia guided Game Sissy to a wire-to-wire victory in 17.55 seconds.
Game Sissy, who was claimed by trainer Bob Baffert for $8,000 three races ago, scored her third consecutive victory. She paid $4.00, $3.00 and $2.60.
Free Special finished a nose in front of Catchy Tune for second in the field of nine 2-year-old allowance horses.
