Shopping Center Closed by Spray Fumes Reopens

ROSEVILLE, Minn. —
A shopping center reopened Tuesday after being closed when an 18-year-old man told authorities that he used tear gas spray in three stores as a practical joke. Eleven people were treated for breathing problems after fumes forced the evacuation of the Rosedale Center nearly two hours before closing time Monday, police said.
