The University of Kentucky was notified by the National Collegiate Athletic Assn. of additional allegations of wrongdoing by the school’s basketball program.
The university will hold a news conference today to reveal the additional charges.
The NCAA notified Kentucky July 22 of one allegation--that assistant coach Dwane Casey sent $1,000 to the father of recruit Chris Mills of Fairfax High in Los Angeles--and said that about 10 more allegations could come in 30 days.
Casey has denied sending any money, and the Millses have denied receiving any.
