Viejo Bancorp, the holding company for Mission Viejo National Bank, reported net income of $415,992 for the third quarter. It lost $474,971 in the third quarter last year. Quarterly revenue more than doubled to $3.6 million, from $1.5 million last year. For the first 9 months, the company earned $1.1 million, an 11% increase over $993,006 earned in the same period last year. Revenue rose slightly to $8.8 million for the first 9 months, from $8.75 million for the same period last year. Total assets climbed 43%, to $77.4 million at the end of September from $54 million a year earlier. Total deposits rose 46%, to $71.5 million at the end of the period from $48.9 million a year earlier. The loan portfolio grew 77%, to $53.2 million from $30 million last year.
