Oak Park 35, St. Bonaventure 17--Tailback Brian Kane, filling in for the injured Jason Stein, scored 3 touchdowns and led all rushers with 125 yards in 10 carries to lead the Eagles at Ventura High.

Kane , who played for the Seraphs last year, scored on a 42-yard run, an 85-yard kickoff return and a 6-yard pass from quarterback Gary Silverman.

Jess Garner gained 113 yards in 16 carries and scored Oak Park’s first touchdown on a 6-yard run with 9:27 left in the first quarter.

Split end Todd Creason finished off Oak Park’s scoring on a 44-yard reverse with 3:22 to play.
