Police arrested a Fresno man for investigation of felony drunk driving after his two children were killed in a head-on traffic accident. Officers said a car driven by Kenneth M. Williams, 32, collided with an auto traveling in the opposite direction on Shields Avenue near Peach Avenue in Fresno. The crash killed 5-year-old Kevin Williams and 8-year-old Ryan Williams.
