High-Scoring Texas Plays at Long Beach

High-scoring Texas will visit the Long Beach Arena for a game tonight at 7:30 against Cal State Long Beach men’s basketball team.
The Longhorns (6-1) are averaging 97.1 points a game and are led by 6-foot 2-inch Travis Mays and 6-8 Elvin Heggs, each of whom is averaging 20 points a game.
The 49ers, 2-4 after a 96-63 loss to LaSalle Saturday night at Philadelphia, are led in scoring by freshman Brian Jones, averaging 12.4 points.
