Cincinnati Bengals running back Stanley Wilson faces arraignment on a disorderly conduct charge Jan. 19 in Newport, Ky., when the Bengals will be in Miami training for the Super Bowl game.
The Carson (Calif.) player was arrested Jan. 5 for urinating on the sidewalk outside a Newport nightclub, across the Ohio River from Cincinnati.
Judge Dan Guidugli, who will preside over the case, said he expected Wilson to file for a delay of the hearing.
