HONG KONG —
Taiwan’s Hsieh Yu-shu fired a 2-under-par 68 today to share the second-round lead with American Todd Hamilton in the $175,000 Hong Kong Open.
Hamilton, a 23-year-old from Cleveland who led after the first round, struggled to a 69 today.
“I have never been the leader at the halfway stage before but it is up to the individual to handle the pressure,” Hamilton said.
Hsieh, who said he has found his putting form, bogeyed the third hole but birdied the 11th, 16th and 18th holes to finish with a two-day score of 136.
