CBS Entertainment has announced it will replace the Wednesday night series “The Equalizer” with “Jake & the Fatman” at 9 p.m. in mid-March. But the network says that “The Equalizer,” starring Edward Woodward as a former CIA-type turned nag, will return after a “hiatus.” There will be nine more episodes available in its current 22-show run after it departs with the March 8 broadcast.
