Sunny Hills Wins Consolation Game

Jeff White went two for four with two runs batted in to lead Sunny Hills High School to a 6-2 victory over Carlsbad Saturday in a consolation game of the Cowboy baseball tournament in Las Vegas.
Scott Adams went two for three with an RBI and two stolen bases for Sunny Hills (7-5). Brian Veronda (2-0) pitched a complete game, allowing nine hits and striking out six.
