Area Entries Reach Racquetball Regionals

Anthony Buccino, a junior at Taft High, advanced to the men’s A division final of the American Amateur Racquetball Assn. regional singles championships in Santa Ana on Saturday by defeating Raymond Chinn of Torrance, 15-7, 7-15, 11-1.

Debra Tisinger of Moorpark beat Nicole Anthony of Sacramento, 15-8, 15-8, in a women’s A division semifinal. Mary Walker of Canoga Park defeated Kathy Rishel of Fremont, 15-12, 15-9, in the 45-50 age-group semifinals. Walker, 55, already has won the 55-60 and 50-55 championships this weekend.
