A Butte County man who owed money to a drug dealer was shot to death by a team of contract killers who came to collect the debt, authorities said. Oroville police searched for three men suspected of shooting Peter Macias, 19. They were identified as Michael Plunkett, 36, Donald Ferraro, 33, and Roger Hunter, 25. The three, last seen in the Grass Valley area, are considered armed and dangerous.
