Chad Little scored a 1.2-second victory over Roy Smith of Canada in the rain-delayed NASCAR Motorcraft 500 stock car race at Monroe, La., winning the $90,532 event for the third time in five years.

Hershel McGriff, 61, of Green Valley, Ariz., finished third, on Smith’s bumper, in a Pontiac Grand Prix, making up a lost lap with just 20 laps remaining.
