ON THE SIDELINES : Colorado Player Jailed, Suspended

BOULDER, Colo. —
University of Colorado senior cornerback Keith Pontiflet was arrested and suspended from the team for allegedly getting out of a car and slugging a pedestrian, officials said.
The 22-year-old football player from Los Angeles was cited for third-degree assault Tuesday after a fight Sunday in Boulder, police said.
