The Cincinnati Bengals, in a dispute with the city over football seating at Riverfront Stadium, announced that the team will withhold all rent payments.
The Bengals, who lease the city-operated stadium with the Cincinnati Reds, say the city has failed to comply with a two-year-old court order to remove auxiliary scoreboards that block views from seats held by Bengals’ season ticket-holders at Riverfront Stadium.
