Channel Islands 38, Hueneme 20--The Raiders capitalized on two Hueneme fumbles on successive possessions in the second quarter, turning a one-point deficit into a 25-14 halftime lead.

Fullback Pharoh Milner scored the first of his three touchdowns to pull Channel Islands (2-0) to within 14-13 before the Vikings played giveaway.

Milner ran 51 yards on the third play of the second half for a touchdown, and the rout was on. Milner finished with 109 yards in eight carries to lead all rushers.

Shawn Young caught six passes for 119 yards and a touchdown for Channel Islands. Young added a 35-yard punt return in the fourth quarter.
