Talk-show host Geraldo Rivera is heading for San Francisco, where he will tape a show Monday focusing on the “heroes” of Tuesday’s devastating earthquake and telling viewers what they can do to help victims of the disaster. The show will air later next week. Two weeks ago, Oprah Winfrey went to Charleston, S.C., to broadcast from the scene of the Hurricane Hugo devastation. Her program brought in more than $1 million in credit-card donations within the first 24 hours.
