Man Struck by Car in Critical Condition

Westminster — A 79-year-old man was in critical condition Saturday after being hit by a car while crossing a street, police said.
Oscar D. Young of Westminster was crossing Westminster Boulevard near Cherry Street, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck about 9:30 p.m. Friday, Sgt. Mike Mittlestaedt said.
