Distributor-supplier Lieberman Enterprises Inc., Minneapolis, a unit of Live Entertainment Inc, Los Angeles, said it plans to acquire Navarre Corp., another distribution company based in Minneapolis, for an undisclosed price . . . Corporate raider Irwin Jacobs has made an unsolicited offer for Acton, Mass.-based CML Group Inc. that valued the sportswear and leisure products manufacturer at more than $154 million.
