ORANGE : Tree Trimmer Is Crushed by Truck

A tree trimmer was killed Thursday when he fell off the back of a truck and was run over by an attached trailer, police reported.
Jose DelCarmen Rodriguez Gonzalez, 31, of Orange was pronounced dead at United Western Medical Center-Santa Ana shortly after the 1:35 p.m. accident at Yorba Park, 100 S. Yorba St., Police Sgt. Art Romo said.
The accident occurred as a V&E; Tree Service truck made a turn in the parking lot. The man suffered massive chest injuries, Romo said.
The accident is under investigation.
