Bob Shoup, 57, the only head football coach in the 28-year history of Cal Lutheran, will not be retained in that position. Shoup compiled a 185-87-7 record, including 3-6 this season, and led the Kingsmen to the National Assn. of Intercollegiate Athletics championship in 1971.
