Bruno Karl Blach, a retired La Habra grocery clerk charged with Nazi war crimes, waived his right to an extradition hearing today and agreed to return to West Germany for trial.

Blach, 70, who has been imprisoned since October, acknowledged during a brief appearance before U.S. Magistrate Ralph Geffen that he had decided against pursuing an extradition proceeding.

Blach was expected to be taken to Los Angeles International Airport, where he would be turned over to West German officials for an overseas flight.
