Forbes magazine’s annual list of the 400 richest Americans may be headed for an annual TV special--with none other than high profile publisher Malcolm Forbes hosting.
The Guber-Peters Entertainment Co.--a division of Columbia Pictures--is putting together the project. Style and format are undecided, but the two-hour special would focus on the biggest names on the Forbes 400 list, airing with the list’s publication, usually October.
But: “We’re not in business yet,” says Jeff Wald, president of TV for Guber-Peters. “We’re negotiating.”
