Producer for Pauley: David Browning, a Los Angeles-based senior producer and correspondent for “CBS Evening News,” has been hired as executive producer for Jane Pauley’s weekly prime-time series. Browning will produce five prime-time specials with Pauley this summer, in preparation for the series’ weekly premiere. Meanwhile, Pauley’s “Changes” special on Tuesday won its time period with a 13 rating and a 24 share. That’s the highest rating for an NBC News special since last fall.
