Injured La. Jockey Remains in a Coma

KENNER, La. —
Ronnie Daigrepont, a jockey injured in a spill at Jefferson Downs, remained in critical condition in a coma today at St. Jude Hospital.
Daigrepont, 21, of Kenner was headed into the homestretch Wednesday night aboard Tudor Gold when his horse and another apparently clipped hoofs.
Tudor Gold stumbled and threw Daigrepont, said Brian Krantz, general manager of the track.
