Robbery Victim Sues Security Pacific: Security Pacific National Bank was sued in Los Angeles Superior Court by a 79-year-old customer who said she was forced to withdraw $5,000 by a man who was holding her at gunpoint. Magdalena Sebastian claims that she was kidnapped near the bank’s North Hollywood branch, where a teller handed over the cash to the attacker. The negligence suit seeks $5,000 plus punitive damages because tellers allegedly ignored the man’s “shoddy and unkempt appearance” and ignored her alleged attempts to signal a crime was under way.
