3.0 Quake Strikes 15 Miles Off Malibu Coast
A small earthquake struck off the coast Monday but caused no damage or injuries, authorities said.
The 3.0-magnitude temblor hit at 6:24 a.m. and was centered 15 miles west of Malibu, Caltech Seismology Laboratory spokesman Bob Finn said.
The quake was unrelated to any others, Finn said.
