Orange’s Peterson Wins National 16 Singles Title

Adam Peterson of Orange defeated Jim Thomas of Canton, Ohio, 6-4, 6-1, Monday to win the National Boys 16 Singles tennis championship at Kalamazoo College in Michigan.
Ivan Baron of Plantation, Fla., won the boys’ 18 title by defeating Will Bull of Myrtle Beach, S.C., 1-6, 6-4, 6-7 (10-8), 6-4, 7-6 (7-3).
