EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Tooter Scooter, who rallied from seventh place to win his elimination last weekend, drew the No. 3 post position Tuesday and was made the favorite for the Woodrow Wilson Pace at the Meadowlands. A field of 10 2-year-olds was drawn for Friday night’s $1,043,500 race.
