Gas Prices Rise 5.2 Cents Over 2 Weeks: The national average price of gasoline rose 5.2 cents to $1.332 a gallon in the past two weeks, according to the Lundberg Survey. The average price per gallon, including taxes, at self-serve pumps between Aug. 10 and 24 was $1.216 for regular unleaded, $1.385 for premium unleaded and $1.237 for regular leaded. At full-serve pumps, the price was $1.446 for regular unleaded, $1.583 for premium unleaded and $1.455 for regular leaded.
