Penn State special teams center Mark Lawn and his brother, Christopher, were charged with fighting in a bar with bouncers after the Nittany Lions lost to Texas, police in State College, Pa., said Wednesday.

Lawn, 21, a senior from Jericho, N.Y., and his brother, 25, were charged with fighting in public, according to a citation filed Tuesday, officers said.

The 6-foot, 213-pound Lawn snaps the ball for punts and extra points. Penn State officials said they didn’t know whether the case would affect Lawn’s playing time.
