Bracelets Offered as Drinking Solution

I would like to offer a suggestion to the problem of drinking in the stadium.

After you show your ticket stub and enter the gate, there will be several booths. Should you decide that you would like to drink alcohol at the game, you go to a booth and show your ID. If you are over 21, you will receive three wrist bracelets. With each beer that you purchase, they will remove one of the bracelets. The only way that you can buy a beer is to have the bracelet removed at the beer stand, thus you cannot give the bracelet to a friend. This way the casual drinker is happy because we rarely drink more than three beers per game.
