Justice for All: “Equal Justice,” the gritty, Emmy-winning series about life in a big-city prosecutor’s office, will replace “Cop Rock” Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on ABC beginning Jan. 9, the network announced Tuesday. ABC said Monday that the low-rated “Cop Rock” will air for the last time on Dec. 26. “Equal Justice” premiered last spring and won an Emmy as the best-directed dramatic show.
