Fillies Vie in Althea Today
There will be a rare weekday stakes race at Hollywood Park today.
Seven 2-year-old fillies will compete in the $50,450 Althea Stakes, and the probable favorite in the 1 1/16-mile turf race is Dorky, who is dropping in class after finishing seventh in the Hollywood Starlet.
The other entrants are Saratoga Success, Hit a Homer Honey, Assombrie, Serious Toy, Ten Hail Marys and Spirited Susan.
