A Kickoff and an Infirmity: CBS announced that “Good Sports,” starring Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal, will replace “Doctor, Doctor” on Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. “Doctor’s” last house call will be Jan. 3, but CBS officials said the show will probably return in March. “Good Sports” is about a relationship between a former supermodel making a career as an anchor at an all-sports network, and her new co-anchor, a former pro-football player.
