Freedom’s Wing of the Chula Vista Yacht Club will compete today in the Little America’s Cup series off the coast of Melbourne, Australia. It received two days’ grace from the defending McCrae Yacht Club.
Trailing defender The Edge III by a minute in Friday’s Series opener but entering its best point of sail, Freedom’s Wing broke a crossbeam and was dismasted.
