Double Dose of Donahue: Phil Donahue will be on KNBC Channel 4 twice a day starting Monday. The station will drop its 3-4 p.m. war coverage and return “Donahue” to that time. But since the program has been scoring well in its temporary 9-10 a.m. spot, a “Best of Donahue” daily also will continue at that hour.
