Car Crashes Into Post Office Lobby, Injuring 4
A woman who apparently was trying to park her car lost control and crashed through the lobby of the post office at 1620 West 1st St., injuring four people, police said.
None of the injuries were serious, and only one person was taken to the hospital, police said.
The accident occurred about 3 p.m. Modesta Herrera, 36, of Santa Ana said she was trying to park when the car “suddenly accelerated and crashed into the building,” police said.
The injuries were caused by flying glass and debris, police said.
Police are investigating the accident.
