Arcadia Students Take Part in Competition
Arcadia High School students will represent California at the National Bicentennial Competition on the Constitution and Bill of Rights April 27 to 29 in Washington.
In the competition, funded by the Constitution Bicentennial Commission and administered by the Center for Civic Education, students appear before simulated congressional panels to give prepared statements and answer questions on contemporary and historical constitutional issues.
